Refund policy
Return Policy
We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unless defective. Customers can return by mail or in-store. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please ensure your invoice/packing slip is correct and that the items received match the purchase order submitted.
Proof of Purchase
Before returning or exchanging a product, Woodrum LLC requires proof of purchase identifying:
- Date of purchase
- Price
- Store
- Product(s) purchased
If you do not have one or more of these details, we will attempt to locate them in our system.
Faulty or Damaged Products
All discrepancies must be reported immediately to sales@smartoplug.com.
- Claims or returns must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.
- After 14 days, claims or returns will not be accepted.
How to Return
- Contact our team at sales@smartoplug.com with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Contact sales@smartoplug.com for instructions before returning any items.
Limited Warranty
- All products are sold with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Products are designed to be installed by professional/skilled/trained automotive engineers or service personnel.
- This warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the goods.
- Any defective parts should be returned to the Dealer where purchased.
- This warranty does not apply to products subjected to damage in transit, accident, misuse, or abuse after the date of original purchase.
- sales@smartoplug.com will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury from the use of these products.
